Meet the Farmers
In 2012, FACT received over 60 eligible applications from farms in 23 different states for a variety of innovative projects designed to make farms more humane places for animals. All eligible proposals were reviewed anonymously by a committee of sustainable farmers and FACT staff. After careful review, FACT awarded microgrants to nine farmers located across the country.
